Purpose:

Produce logical and technical specifications from functional specifications and write the code for medium to large applications in OO environments.  Incumbent carries out systems analyses, design, program debug, system testing, security assessments, performance assessments and user interfaces.


Principal duties and responsibilities: 


Analyse, research, design and document the technical requirements of projects or change request;

Developed or modify each software modules or project to meet the requirements as defined by the Business Requirements Specifications and Technical Design Specifications and in accordance to the company's software development standards with little or no supervision;

Ensure the quality of software by performing tests (manual or unit tests) on the completed modules or projects;

Identify and ensure software modules or project can be successfully deployed to the UAT and production environment by completing accurate configuration and maintenance/operating documents;

Improve current systems, environment and stability;

Mentor and coach level II developers in terms of technology, good practice and design.

Stay abreast of trends in the C# and Web development landscape; 

Assist the Tech Lead with implementation of technical decisions.

Minimum requirements: 


Qualifications    Computer sciences related degree/diploma; MCSD or another IT related degree/diploma

Technologies    C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, MVC, T-SQL

Work Experience    8+ years .Net development experience
