Role and Responsibilities
The Consultant will perform their tasks in the manner required at all times
The Consultant will be tasked with solving issues that relate to implementing Microsoft and other Solutions and related software in the customer's current IT environment.
They will be tasked with leading, mentoring and managing the junior consultants within the various projects.
They will also assist with Business Analysis and Project Management duties when required

Consultant: Junior
- Give input into documentation e.g. parts of solution, functional and technical specifications
- Prepare documentation and assist in document collation
- Data manipulation and transformation
- Configure (not develop) all aspects of chosen application
- Comply with all internal processes and procedures like time logging, active participation in stand-up meetings, project initiation meetings, on time delivery of tasks, and career enhancement and development.
- Shadowing deployment of managed solutions
- Resolve support issues, within turnaround time specified in SLA
- Certifications: MS competency exams (min. of 2) within the list of specified certifications for the practice
Skills
- 2 years ERP experience as a consultant or as a user.

Consultant: Intermediate (includes all Consultant items above):
- Assist with workshops and document preparation.
- Data manipulation and transformation
- Configure (not develop) all aspects of chosen application

Consultant: Senior (includes all Consultant items above):
- Support pre-sales with RFP/RFQ’s, demo’s and POC’s
- Gather requirements (experience with specific methods advantages)
- Conduct workshops
- Prepare documentation, for example, functional and technical specifications, process flows and Functional Requirement Documents
- Conduct User acceptance testing and produce test packs
- Conduct training sessions
- Handholding for go-lives
- Conduct feedback sessions & present various topics
- Understand product add-ons to ensure best advice is given to customer while designing solution
- Understand all aspects of chosen application, including limits of application, functional modules and extensibility
- Deployment of defined solutions

- Business consulting with emphasis on solving of business challenges through use of the chosen application, or suitable alternatives
- Strong implementation methodology understanding
